Owned and run by husband and wife team Jim and Helen Braden, we strive to provide quality dental care to the whole community together with our fantastic and hardworking team.
Jim is a very experienced dentist, having qualified with a BDS (Hons) from the University of Manchester in 1993. He started Braden Dental Care with his wife, Helen, in 2003.
Jim has completed many varied and comprehensive postgraduate courses over the years, helping him to provide his patients with the highest standards of cosmetic dentistry. He particularly enjoys seeing the life-changing results these treatments can provide.
Helen qualified from Manchester University in 1993, where she met Jim.
Having gained experience in England and here in Northern Ireland, she and Jim set up Braden Dental Care in 2003.

Peter is a very experienced and valued member of our team. He qualified with a BDS (Hons) from Queen’s University Belfast in 1992, and started working at Braden Dental Care in January 1993 – all of his dental practising life!
Peter has treated many of the same patients and their families for the whole of his three decades plus at Braden Dental Care. He has formed many long-standing relationships with his patients, getting to know them better in order to provide exceptional quality care.
Peter enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly providing dentures and implants to replace missing teeth. He is passionate about restoring smiles, and finds his patients’ responses to their new look, and their increase in confidence, particularly rewarding.
Dympna achieved her diploma in Dental Hygiene from Queen’s University Belfast in 2007. She has been a valued member of the team at Braden Dental Care since January 2016.
Dympna enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, being part of their positive dental experience and putting a smile on their face! She gets great job satisfaction from helping her patients achieve a total transformation to a healthy mouth.
Dympna loves working alongside a great team at Braden Dental Care, and has gained lifelong friendships. The close knit team work together well to provide every patient with the very best quality care.
