What will happen at my first appointment?

At your first appointment, we warmly welcome you to our dental practice in Belfast. This appointment will be slightly longer than usual, as we take the time to get to know you, your oral health, and your smile goals. Your dentist will carry out a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth, and form a treatment plan for any additional work if needed.

What information do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?

When you arrive for your first appointment, we will ask you a little about your general and oral health, including any past dental work you have had. It can be useful to bring that information with you so you don’t have to worry about remembering your dental or medical history in detail.

Can I spread the cost of my treatment?

Yes, at Braden Dental Care, we are proud to offer flexible payment options to help make your dental treatment more affordable. Our practice membership gives you a set amount of check-up and hygiene appointments per year, alongside further benefits, for a set fee each month. For more complex or cosmetic treatment, our interest-free payment scheme can help you spread the cost, subject to the terms and conditions.

Can I book an emergency appointment as a new patient?

If you have a dental emergency and need to be seen urgently, please get in touch with us. We are happy to see you as a new patient in an emergency situation, and can book you in for an appointment as soon as we are able to. We can also discuss you becoming a regular patient at Braden Dental Care.
