• We believe that in order to maintain high standards at Braden Dental Care it is important to invest in continuing professional training for both our support staff and clinicians.
   
• Whenever possible, we endeavour to reduce the effect of our business on the environment by recycling, using low energy lightbulbs and using an electricity supplier that utilises wind turbines.
   
• Every year Braden Dental Care makes a donation to charity.In the past these have included Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for children,Comic Relief and Macmillan cancer support.
   
• We feel that it is important for all those working at Braden Dental Care to have a work-life balance.The staff rota enables each  member to have a day off during the working week.
